Winter Timeout

The weather was a major topic of discussion in pre-k this morning. We have been busy making rainbows, listening to the birds, making mud instead of snow in the sensory table, and discussing about how the Lion of March gently turns into a Lamb. Then this crazy winter snow graced us with its presence.

I’m going to build a snowman!

I’m going to play in the snow!

I love snow!

and then a little voice of reason shouted just a bit louder than the rest……….

I think Elsa needs a timeout!!!

Needless to say I couldn’t agree more.

Memories are something I treasure, and I want to capture them in writing here so I can keep them forever. Whether in the past or present, these are important to my heart.
